Grandma Bev and Grandpa Jim bought Scott and me a waffle maker from our wedding registry for Xmas -
Scott informed me that now that we have a waffle iron he would like nothing but waffles for breakfast. So far I have no problem with that. Waffles are so easy to make - much easier than pancakes! I've tried Banana Cinnamon waffles (yum!) and Potato, Cheddar, and Chive waffles (these didn't turn out so well - pretty sure this is my fault, not the recipe's), both from my new Cooking Light cookbook (which is amazing and will get it's own post).
Basically I'm not sure why I haven't owned a waffle iron before now.
